Benedict is a technology company. Things we do apart from CMS systems, ecommerce and hosting websites include creating software.
The software we create is not like Microsoft word or Outlook that has perfect front ends that make using the software simple,. Our software is functional. Where a front end is required it will look functional. The importance is what it can do.
For example spiders or robots. Should we identify that a client's competitor is receiving link juice for a particular website or directory, we have software that can spider that entire website and extract domains that are available. We then have a system that can judge whether or not this domain is worth purchasing. If yes another system allows Google (itself) to rebuild the site. In this way we can improve our client's back link profile controllably and appropriately.
Other software is client side. For example a calculator that helps your users work out how much a product or service is going to cost, quote engine, comparison pricing websites; we see writing software that creates value for clients' users as an extension to web traffic that can enhance a users experience and hopefully bring him back!
